TUITION POLICY:
Tuition is due the first class of each month. We accept cash, checks, visa or mastercard. All checks should be made payable to: Elite School of Dance. Tuition is the same amount each month regardless if it is a 3 or 5 week month. (Tuition is based on the total classes per year and then divided into 10 monthly payments.) Tuition is not refunded for missed lessons for any reason, but every child is given the opportunity to make up missed lessons within the same month they were absent.

COSTUME PAYMENT POLICY:
All students will be learning a routine to share with their family and friends at our annual recital. We will be measuring students in class the month of November. Each student will be charged a costume deposit of $50.00 + tax, due by October 31st, with the balance owing by November 30th. A $20.00 late fee will be applied after that time if your child wants to participate in the recital to cover processing and shipping. Also during this time a recital request form is available for those families with multiple children in different classes hoping to be in one show. This is not a guarantee but an opportunity for us to try to keep families in the same show.
TICKET SALE POLICY:
Tickets will be on sale for the Spring recital at the studio. All audience members need a ticket for entry (except babes in arms). Tickets can also be purchased at the theatre door the day of the show. The show is reserved seating, there will be a seating chart available when you purchase your tickets.
THIS IS A SEMI-FORMAL EVENT. DRESS UP AND HAVE A SPECIAL DAY WITH YOUR CHILDREN THAT HAVE WORKED HARD TO PUT ON A GREAT SHOW!
YEAR END POLICY:
All accounts must be cleared prior to purchasing recital tickets. Students that have a remaining balance will not be allowed to participate in our year-end annual revue.
